For those wanting to simplify and have more conveniences, we have an in house country store, a business center with computer and internet access, an onsite beauty salon and fitness room, and a beautiful interfaith chapel that offers weekly formal services.

The best part about Clare Meadows is that we are able to offer reduced rent for those that income qualify.  For example, if the income is less than $42,300 for one person or $48,300 for a 2 person household per year, our one bedroom apartments start at only $871 per month and our two bedroom apartments start at only $1030 per month.
